Cassia Alata – This plant is also known as: Candle Bush, Empress Candle Plant, Candletree, Candelabra Bush

Cassia
alata is very easy to sprout. Can be sown directly in the garden, or
started in pots. Any soil will do. Keep slightly moist until seeds
sprout, then water regularly until the plants are established.
This is a fast grower and will eventually reach 12 feet tall and 8 feet
wide, but can be kept smaller by pruning. This is the only food plant
for 2 species of the giant sulphur butterfly, so this is a beautiful
way to start a butterfly garden!
